By day, Charlie is a university lecturer in exercise science, and by night (and weekends) you’ll find him coaching the Rebel army in the Reps room. Combining his academic background with a passion for fitness, Charlie brings the science of strength training into every workout. He loves chatting about his research and is happy to give you some evidence-based tips for achieving your fitness goals.
