Kat is a qualified mat and reformer instructor with four years of teaching experience. She’s passionate about guiding clients through layered, dynamic movements that challenge not only physical strength but also control, balance, coordination, and mindfulness. Her classes are designed to bring a sense of calm and focus, helping you carve out space in a busy day to move with intention and leave feeling empowered and strong. When she’s not in the studio, Kat loves diving into a good book, savoring an almond flat white after Pilates, and traveling to cold, snowy destinations that inspire her adventurous side.
