Siobhan has been with 1R since it landed in Australia and teaches across all concepts. With over five years of teaching experience, she’s passionate about movement and helping people grow, both physically and mentally. Known for her warm and bubbly personality, Siobhan loves welcoming first-timers into her classes and creating a supportive, high-energy environment ensuring every class empowers you to feel stronger and more confident. Siobhan is also the CEO of 1R, leading by example and inspiring others to push their limits and in her spare time she is a professional samba dancer and teacher, and loves spending time with her dog Flossy (who you except to see in the club).
