Meet Carla! She's been in the fitness industry since 2022 and discovered her love for gym during this time, which soon turned into powerlifting. When she;s not studying or making people sweat, she's probably off travelling somewhere new and exciting. Carla is passionate about using her uni degree in Exercise and Sport Science to help people understand the fundamentals of the human body, how to get stronger, fitter and move their body to its full potential. Excited to pursue a career in Physio after my studies, she loves motivating during her classes, helping people get stronger and pushing members to their limits!
