Reset is 1Rebel's signature contrast therapy experience. You'll move freely between the sauna and cold plunge over your 45 minute session, alternating hot and cold to reap the benefits. All 1Rebel Reset spaces have been designed to the highest spec, with seating areas, showers and in some cubs, a plant filled outside space.
The combination of the sauna and cold plunge has been shown to reduce muscle soreness and inflammation, to speed up and improve how you recover from training.
Can boost cardiovascular activity, which in turn helps to deliver oxygen and nutrients more effectively around the body.
The endorphin hit from the heat can elevate mood, while the impact of the cold can boost alertness and help reduce stress. It can also support you in becoming more resilient.
