Plus, enjoy a post-talk shake on us.

TRIPLE SHOT | LJ + Dom
19th April: Two hours. Three workouts. The ultimate challenge. Kick off at Oxford Circus with 30 minutes of Reshape and 30 minutes of Rumble. The run to Victoria for 30 minutes of Ride. Book into either session below - LJ and Dom will be there to guide you every step of the way. As we’ll be starting at Oxford Circus and finishing at Victoria, we’d recommend dropping your bags at Victoria on your way in. If that’s not possible, please bring something you’re comfortable running with between clubs, such as a small bag, running vest or belt.
