Jake began his movement journey at the age of eight through dance, later expanding his training to include nine hours a week of gymnastics from the age of eleven. He went on to study at The BRIT School for Performing Arts before completing three years of drama school at eighteen. Since then, fitness and strength training have become central to his life. A strong advocate for the link between exercise and mental well-being, Jake creates sessions that are supportive, relaxed, and encouraging, delivered with plenty of energy and personality.
